A wedding breakfast consists of 2 or 3 different starters and 2 or 3 different mains which have been pre-selected before the day.
Starter choices:
- Mezze platter – with roasted peppers and aubergines, marinated olives, pea pesto, beetroot houmous and crostini
- Seasonal soup of your choosing – e.g. Tomato and basil, pea and mint – served with a slow proved bread roll
- Aubergine caponata served with flatbread
- Falafel with sweet chilli dip
- Spinach and feta parcels
- Baked garlic mushrooms with herby breadcrumb topping
- Melon, mint and feta salad
- Courgette, carrot and wakame salad
Main course choices:
- Moussaka
- Spinach and feta pie
- Thai green curry
- Bean and sweet potatoTagine
- 3 bean chilli
- Butternut vegetable bake with a Parmesan crumble topping
- Aubergine parmigiana
- Mediterranean vegetable Wellington
- Sweet potato jalfrezi
- Puy and goats cheese lasagne
Each main dish comes with a side dish plated with it (e.g. Rice with chilli, curry, potato wedges with pie etc) and then a choice of 2 additional side dishes offered to all guests that can be placed on the tables for guests to help themselves
Dessert choices:
- Lemon or vanilla cheesecake
- Chocolate tart
- Strawberry tart
- Chocolate mouse and brandy snap
- Pear and frangipan tart
